The Media Technology Systems ION4.4 is a CobraNet® 1/2 width 1U rack mount configuration with 4 analog mic/line inputs and 4 analog outputs

Overview       Specifications

The ION4.4 input section converts 4 channels of analog Mic/Line audio input into an CobraNet® audio stream. TheEuroblock input connectors accept a +4dBu nominal max/+24dBupeak balanced audio signal and has a 60dB gain potentiometer. In addition, front panel switches are provided to apply +24volts phantom power to each input.


The ION4.4 also provides 100MIPS of embedded DSP processing for simple routing and processing, with Ducking, EQ filters, HP/LP filtersand Compressors on each analog output channel  (see “MTS GUI”-the ion series configuration software for details). In addition theION4.4 provides a 20x20/24x24 (respectively) matrix Input/Output router that can receive up to 16 incoming networkaudio streams and transmit up to 16 outgoing network audio streams.
